მკვლევრების – მარიამ (მეკო) ჩაჩავასა და ნინო ზუბაშვილის კვლევაში განხილულია მრავალმხრივი გამოწვევები, რომლებსაც შრომითი მიგრანტი ქალები საქართველოში დაბრუნებისას აწყდებიან, შესწავლილია ამ გამოწვევების საფუძვლები, აღწერილია შრომითი მიგრანტი ქალების დაბრუნებისა და რეინტეგრაციის მხრივ არსებული ბარიერები და მოყვანილია შესაბამისი რეკომენდაციები სხვადასხვა უწყების მიმართ.
კვლევა განახორციელა არასამთავრობო ორგანიზაციამ “ქალები საერთო მომავლისათვის (WECF) – საქართველო“ გაეროს განვითარების პროგრამის, შვედეთისა და ევროკავშირის მხარდაჭერით.
In the study conducted by researchers Mariam (Meko) Chachava and Nino Zubashvili, the multifaceted challenges encountered by labor migrant women upon their return to Georgia are discussed. The fundamentals of these challenges are examined, existing barriers to the return and reintegration of labor migrant women are outlined, and suitable recommendations are proposed for relevant agencies.
